Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

1. Statement of Principle

GlobalNetExpo is committed to conducting business with the highest level of integrity. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in any form.

2. Compliance with International Law

All members, partners, and employees of GlobalNetExpo must comply with:

• The UK Bribery Act 2010.

• The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

• The UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding human resources in the federal government and related anti-corruption statutes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from offering, promising, giving, or requesting any financial or other advantage to induce a person to perform a function or activity improperly.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Any member found to be engaging in unethical practices, bribery, or corruption will have their membership terminated immediately without a refund. We reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities in the UAE and the member’s home jurisdiction.
