The UK Bribery Act 2010.
The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
The UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding human resources in the federal government and related anti-corruption statutes.
Members are strictly prohibited from offering, promising, giving, or requesting any financial or other advantage to induce a person to perform a function or activity improperly.
Any member found to be engaging in unethical practices, bribery, or corruption will have their membership terminated immediately without a refund. We reserve the right to report such activities to the relevant authorities in the UAE and the member’s home jurisdiction.
